We're celebrating our anniversary!  That's right!  The DeSoto County Republican Club 1st Anniversary Celebration is this Tuesday, August 24th!  The celebration begins at 6:30 pm at the Bank Plus Training Center building in Southaven (7168 Moore Drive).  Congressional Candidate and Mississippi State Senator, Alan Nunnelee, is the guest speaker.  The President of the Mississippi Senate, Billy Hewes, your local State Senators and State Representatives, county and municipal elected officials and many others are expected to attend!  Don't miss this opportunity to meet your elected officials personally!

And BEFORE we celebrate, we'll be in Hernando!  The Nunnelee for Congress Campaign will host an Open House at its new DeSoto County Campaign Headquarters located at 133 East Commerce Street in Hernando from 4:00-6:00 pm.  The citizens of the 1st Congressional District are of the highest priority to Senator Nunnelee, and the establishment of an office in Hernando demonstrates his commitment to those in DeSoto County.  Please make plans to stop by the office and personally meet Alan Nunnelee.  Mississippi Senator Alan Nunnelee will face incumbant Democrat, Travis Childers, on November 2nd for the 1st District U.S. Congress seat.
