The DeSoto County Republican Women, now in its 25th year and a sister organization to the DCRC, meets the third Thursday of every month. This is a great organization that offers women of all ages the opportunity to learn about local, state and national politics and find ways to get involved with promoting conservatism.
The DCRW hosts a new guest speaker every month, and the meetings usually last about an hour. The meetings are casual and fun - you won't feel intimidated or uncomfortable - but you will be glad you came!
Moms, college students and single ladies - the DCRW especially needs you! If you are concerned about the current administration and your financial future, worried about the school system and your children's education, are a homeschooler and want to protect your rights or just are fed up and ready to restore conservative values to Washington, please join us.
The DCRW also assists MS Project Package to Support our Troops. For more information on how you can help, contact Diane Coleman 901-218-2117.
While the DCRW usually meets monthly on every third Thursday at M.R.Davis Public Library,8554 Northwest Dr., Southaven, you will want to check this page often as extra special meetings may be held at a different location or time. E-mail Sarah Hodges, President for more information. We also have a Facebook page Desoto County Republican Women and Twitter page DCRW - Desoto Co. MS for more frequent updates and information, including current legislative issues.
The time will alternate each month in 2015 until further notice and meeting dates/times are subject to change.
